Getting Started!
Hi everyone. Im Ceeluv and I am very new to the real estate world. I have been reading the HOW to profit NOW book and I am having a hard time getting started. I am mainly interested in IEE's right now. I'd like to have a few assignments under my belt before I try anything else. Can anyone tell me 1) WHere to find the Discharge of Agreement to purchase statements. I am having trouble locating this document. Also..I wanted to know at what point should I bring in the real estate attorney to handle the assignments. I am truly going to have to use a no money down technique and I am wondering how in the world do I pay for an attorneys service. I am hoping that everyones fee such as the agents and the brokers fee's will be apart of the closing fee that either the seller or buyer will handle. Is this right?? Thanks to all that reply. I am really excited about getting started and I am looking to have my first deal in the bag real soon!
