Here I am a year after I read Dean's book, "Be a REAL-ESTATE MILLIONAIRE," wanting to plunge into my 1st deal and don't know how to do it...I just completed my undergrad (worst timing) and have yet to find FULL-TIME work, I've been working part-time and at times full-time hours but not a concrete enough income to obtain a loan for a home...My question is what would you do if you had the drive in me, the aspirations I do but just cant find the help from family or friends, that rain negativity all over this parade, to begin on this never ending quest to financial freedom..
