OfflineWell, I bought Dean's book after I was laid off from my job. I applied Dean's techniques and have not seen any result. I have been at this for months. No one wanted to succeed more than me. I let this consume my life, learning everything I could on the website and from the book, watching the blogs, joining the conference calls and I am here to admit that I have failed. I have not earned $1 and believe me, no one bought into this system more than I did. I am just posting here to let everyone know that I have finally found a GREAT deal--MY OWN HOUSE-that's right, I said my own house !! See I received a letter today informing me that I am up for foreclosure. I have no hope of stopping it and my wife, child, and myself will be put out on the street. I have called Bank of America and they will not work with me. I have put in over 70 applications for work over the last few months and have yet to find any income. I wish everyone good luck with this system and wanted to post before I lose my internet access and more importantly-my home. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with me and for giving me a dream of a better life, but today, I received my reality check !! Good luck and farewell !!

My name is Leslie and I'm in Indiana. I just read your post and my heart goes out for you and your family. I know you probably don't want or need to hear this right now but I felt I had to respond and say something. If you still have time contact any and all REI clubs in your area and abroad. Try this website "www.Mr.Landlord.com. Search the site and you will find web addresses to a lot of REI club, who cares if they are out of state, you need a long shot----take it. Check with an agent/broker in your area to find out if they know of any investors that may be able to help you. The bank wont care where the money comes from as long as it's real and green. Get back on Dean's site and post over and over again, ask for investors in your area (Louisiana). Take every possible approach (honestly) to keep you and your family in that house!!! It aint over til the fat lady sings. I don't hear nothing. I read this post to my wife and we both send our heart felt prayers to you and your family. Remember GOD is in control.
