Hey gang I need some advice on a deal I am working on. I contact some one from craigs list about a house they where selling and I went to see the house the owner says he is getting old and he wants out of the hole landlord thing so he wants to sell the house, but there is a coupl of things, the house is in the middle of rehab I mean the house has no Kitchen, Bathrooms, and the floor needs changing and its framed.this is the big one, he owe more than the house is worth, so I was thinking about doing a subject to deal. What do you guys think,and where can I find a subject to. cantract any advice will help please!!!
