So I noticed you are a christian, or at least that is what I pull from your short bio at the top of your profile page, so naturally i feel like i can trust you. My name is Michael Sausen, and I am 21 years old. I am getting my liscense to preach in January, then i am planning on getting married and moving out to Dallas, Texas to go to school at Christ For The Nations. I love realesate. I want to get involved as soon as i can but i don't know where to start. I have read most of Dean's first book, but i have no money to start investing, and i don't have a whole lot of credit to go by and i am only 21 which is very young so people don't think i have what it takes. I promise you i absolutely have what it takes. I know that, i just don't think that really matters because without the money or someone who trusts me with their money, it doesn't do any good. Do you have any advice for me? what i am interested in doing is foreclosures before they are forclosures so i can try to help those people, and also something like bying a duplex and living in one side and renting out the other.
