I would have to agree, I am also a newer investor in Kansas City and have called the helpline several times. I would have them walk you through each step you need to move forward with your transaction, and when you get your contract drawn up you can even send it to them for review just to make sure you have the appropriate exit clause in there. Remember you paid for their service so make sure you are getting what you need from them, and if you are not stay with them until you feel confident about how to proceed. Again they have been very helpful to me in the past and should know exactly what you are trying to do and how to tell you to do it. Good Luck.
