owned by the same bank and I am talking directly with the person at the bank who also has them listed with a realtor he said get to call he or the realtor. The 2 properties are accross the street from one another and he has one of them rented at $1000.00 per month and they would like to buy if the financing is available. The houses are listed at 130 and 135K and banker said he would sell them for 105 and 110K on the first conversation I had with him. I want to make an offer so give advice on what to do from here? I read in Deans book about the Option to Purchase RE agreement with the assignment clause and earnest money clause, I did not see this contract in DOCS and FORMS? Someone please step me through this it's my first deal and I don't have any money to put out right now. Thanks everybody and please ask if you have any other questions to help me.

The 2 properties are across the street from one another and one is rented the other is empty. I have an appointment with the person at the bank on Wed. this week. Should I go in with an option to purchase agreement or just talk to him about my intent to assign with a 15 to 30 day or so to pay earnest money, this is my first deal and Iam pretty nervous and unsure on exactly what to do.
Please give any advice it will be appreciated!
