Hi, everyone, a to the point question which may have been addressed one or more times in the past.

What is the best way (I realize opinions will vary) for one who is using each spare min. outside of work to reach for that goal of "Real Estate Investor", to stop renting and purchase SOMETHING for their family to live in. (taking into account one must stay in the school district their A student is enrolled in)

Any input is greatly appreciated.
