I have attended various real estate and financial independence seminars over the years, both in Australia and the US but have never really followed up with any action as a result of doing that, never truly committed to going forward with anything. At some level it did not quite seem right, didn't really connect with me. Now I know the reason: There was no "Why" behind it.

Well, that is not entirely true because in 2003, as a result of attending a "Financial Makeover and Wellness Seminar" I have abstained from eating red meat. I have maintained my commitment ever since. The finance bit didn't register with me, simply because I thought I was far too high above what they were telling me at the time. How I wish to have been more humble and more awake to possibilities at the time, ten years would have made a huge difference to mine and my family's life.

Since it is never too late where there is life, today I decided to take the fortitude that I know is in me, somewhere, and apply it to 'learning how to succeed in real estate'. I am here to road test the "30 Days to Real Estate Profits" which I received from Dean Graziosi in Las Vegas in January 2014.

I will not let any obstacles get in the way of my achieving of what the book says you can and then advancing further from there.
