Okay,I was told by many people even Realtors that you can't do assignment anymore,however Carol Stinson had no problem. Also when I let ones know that Iam a real-estate investor trying to make money and give someone a chance for there first home people say that it won't work, sometime I get a little frustated but I don't let it get next to me to much even if they are my friends, I just keep on keeping on. If anyone can help I need to know where I can get copies of Discharge of Agreement to Purchase papers

Hello my DG family, it's been a while,I got side track working with different real estate agent that I got a chance to meet. I thougt I was on my way learning the ways of a professional
investors,working with these agents,I thought I was there learing the in's and out's of the game (OJT) on the job training talk that talk and walking that walk. They was buying properties left and right,and there I was trying to learn how they was doing all this. Myself, I was working as property manager thay had no ideal I didn't know nothing about property management,thanks to Dean's book I knew what to look for in properties to get good deals.

I spent most of my time with them repairing and replacing carpet,floors,doors roofing getting home ready for renting and leasing I realize that all they wanted was to rent and lease. I want to buy and sell(flip) you know (IEE) win,win,win. Now here Iam with a neigbor in need to sell his home and relocate north,the thing with this is he wants more for his home then what the FMV is at this time.

There was a realtors sign in the front of his home for about two months,until he took it down,and ask the reators to come and get it, he got really upset because they was taking to long to sale. Now It's up to me to sale his home for him,any ideals?
