I was born in South West Philly and spent my teens in Prospect Park pa. I started working construction with my father at age 9 and worked with him until I was 24.
I've done lots of remodeling projects since then. Once while I was laid off I worked for 9 mo. as an electrician. I have an associates in electronic/mechanical technology.
I've was always interested in real estate, and missed out on the good times... As many of us. I found Deans book and site to be very inspirational and informative. I currently live in a Duplex and live mortgage free. Sweeeeet.
