New to this idea. 60 year old that has lost savings, job and health throughout 2010. I have until June of 2012 to collect disability. I need to get this program working for me before that runs out. I can devote as much time as needed to make this work. 24/7 if needed.

Getting Started
One of the things that most people don't do and they should is to set up a schedule to work at real estate. Let's say that you plan to work 20 hrs. a week. What days and what times of the day will you work? Put it in your planner and treat working in real estate like a job. Show up at a specific time and work for a specific duration each and every week. Don't treat this endever as a hobby, as you will be paid like it's a hobby.
