I am trying to learn as much as I can about finding "deals" for income property. I have finished the Real Estate Investor Series workbook and dvds and am starting on the Real Estate Financing Options workbook and dvds. Can't wait until BOTG comes back to town so I can "see" what the end result of the education is really like.

I would really like to find an REIC to go to. I was invited to one lunch with an agent friend. I very much enjoyed it. If you are involved in or know of one in the Reno/Sparks area, please let me know.
