I am a 34 year old who does a lot of dreaming but not a lot of doing. This is not good. I want to accomplish something before I get to old. My ex in-laws gave me the cd book of be a real estate millionaire and since then I have not done anything with it until now. I have a loving gf who is encouraging me. Point being is I want to do this and the thing I like about this is that I do not have to spend a dime of my money to become successful. A little Jewish humor I would say that sounds great heheh. Anyways I hope to be another success story on this web site. Shalom

So to explain a bit I have autism and well I would learn better if someone took me under their wing and gave me actual hands on. Though I am sure it is not rocket science lol. I'm from Pueblo Colorado. My daughter and I are partnering in real estate transactions to make it so she can stay home with her kids & I can help pay my husband's student loans. Interesting & helpful information found here. Have enjoyed the videos as well. Am currently in a training costing much more that what it costs here. My second trainer is part of Dean's group and helped a great deal. Enjoyed her video training post as well. Have found several houses I'd like to wholesale-all are vacant, some need work but one is from a divorce and isn't on the market yet so would be a prime time to get this nice house on a very large lot in the county in a deal. Our biggest problem is being newbies and we want to get things moving fast and have spent hours learning the tools with no actual experience in implementing them.
