Bank Examiner for FDIC, Owner of Affiliated Mortgage Company making direct and brokered residential and commercial loans. Registered Creditors Representative Federal Bankruptcy Court, Commissioner of a large Public Housing Authority, Executive Director of a non-profit Housing Developer, Appraised real estae as well as financing instruments for state government, Real Estate and Insurance Broker.
I established the first program to provide loan underwriting and servicing for privately held mortgages and installment contracts.
