I am looking for advice on a property that I'd like to buy in Maui with no money down. The property is a duplex with a massive view and from my research the property is about 30% under market value. Right now the owner wants to be cashed out. He purchased the property with cash and owns it out right. At just over 500,000 listing price the property will appraise At 1.2million with about 200,000 invested into the property by placing another structure on the property which would so have a massive view. How do I lock down this property and draw some type of revenue from it? I'm am willing to try anything to get this deal. Any advice out there? Thanks for ur feedback.
