Gia Ventures, LLC (www.giaventures.com)launched it’s operations in St. Paul, MN in September 2010 investing in single and multifamily properties. In the last year, we have grown our customer and investor base and are now a nationally networked Real Estate Investment company. In January 2012, we expanded our operations to Las Vegas, Nevada and San Antonio, Texas to meet our growing client and investor demand.
