OfflineI'm originally from Massachusetts but have been living in Arizona since December 1994. I like living here because of the weather. Coming from Massachusetts you have 8-9 months of bad weather where in Phoenix it's just the opposite 8-9 months of good weather with 3-4 month of dry heat. Once you get thru the few months of heat the rest of the year is beautiful.
I've worked with the mentally and/or physically challenged and child protective services in residental settings for the past several years. I have been a real estate agent (in Massachusetts) Insurance agent and a studemt nurse, but enjoy real estate investing. Since purchasing my first home here when I relocated in 1994 and 4 rentals, 1 assignment and 1 rehab up until 2008 investing is my passion. I haven't purchased anything in the last two years and am anxious to get back into the swing of things!
Dean's books, his Success Academy and The DG website will be a tremendous help to me toward achieving real success in real estate investing. With some work and determination I am expecting to accomplish quite a bit between now and next year.
