I was one of the inexperienced investors that got caught up in the excitement of the easy to get sub-prime loan game. I purchased my house and thought "Wow, that was easy", so I purchased 6 more properties out of state with my good credit and self-employed status. 80/20 was all I needed to hear from my 'coach' after purchasing a very expensive real estate program from a different firm. I jumped in head first and within a matter of 5 years lost everything.
I am here because I love real estate, though I have been discouraged for the past few years, I still want to learn and get back into it, the right way this time.
