Well lets see, I'm originally from Connecticut moved to Philadelphia, PA. to attend Temple University (Graduated Fall 2010). I'm a new dad who graduated college, working to barely stay afloat, provide for his new family & pay bills. I don't have terrible credit but then again I don't have the greatest credit & I don't have any money to put down so I'm looking at Bird-dogs & Assignment deals to get me started.
