Hi,
I moved from Southern Cal about 15 years ago and reside in the Central Valley as a mental health worker. I recently graduated with my BA in psych. I enjoy what I do but I always had an interest in Real Estate. After attending a few phony real estate seminars then viewing Dean's show I decided, what do I have to waste? This valuable information has been the best thus far!

I've recently survived breast cancer and feel that I might as well live and do some of the things I've always wanted to do.far. The book, the blogs and all of the interesting testimonies are proof enough for me. I know I can do this. Although there are various reasons people tell me this real estate investing won't work, there are numerous reasons why it will. I want to do this and I shall succeed. I'm excited to say the least and I'll start off bird dogging and transition hopefully this week to double closing then whatever I decide afterward. I dedicate early morning until noon & late evenings reading this great info and practicing.

This is not as difficult as most tell me it is but it does require a little footwork which I'm prepared for. So far, I am enjoying the footwork and the networking with the agents. Transferring my psych experience to real estate is working in more ways than I could imagine. The big picture is, buying property to benefit the community and myself and assisting others along the way. I Love this work!
