About Me:
I have worked in the mortgage banking industry for 22 years. I have watched one bank or mortgage company after another closing or being taken over by a bigger company. There are only one fourth of the mortgage companies in the Twin Cities that were here in 1980. I feel that Real Estate Investing is a good fit with my knowledge and experience base. Working for National Mortgage Companies has given me contacts locally and across the United States with counties, lawyers, title Companies and mortgage Companies. I hope this will help me as a wholesaler.

Just starting my journey
Today is my first day as a Real Estate Investor. I just completed the Insider's Financial 3-day workshop this Saturday the day before Easter. Can't wait to get things started. Talked to my best friend and she is very supportive. I'm starting with wholesaling and using the steps Dean set out in his book 30 days to Real Estate cash. I'll post my progress. I'm sure I'll have many questions along the way. Thanks for listening.
