i currently have rehabed 3 properties and renting them for cash flow. purchased a duplex 2 yrs in july that i am completly rehabing (challenging project) that i again will hold for a longterm investment to rent as cash flow. i love the tax advantages u get with rentals, and love deans comment on property management companies, although still continue to deal w/ the headaches . buying distressed properties and rehabbing is dangerous gamble, u have to know your product, but the rewards can be great. ur site is fantastic and love the support system that the FAMILY gives to each other. please know that u all are very appreciated by many people, and give hope to people that are willing to put in the time. my favorite quote" the harder i work, the luckier i get"
