I have wanted to invest in real estate for a couple years now but i havent really had the gumption to get started, well all i can say is after the first book im ready after this book im sure ill be busting at the seems wanting to get started i know that i can now its not just for lucky or rich people like you see on tv right now im looking for a second job so i can have the extra money to get started but i know as soon as i can get ahead and save a little bit up i will make it happen i guess what these books and deans opinion of things have made me wanna walk the walk i always TALK about. so in closing im glad to be a friend of the site and group of dreamers here i hope to make some good friends and contacts thanks for reading and i cant wait to be the next success story!
