Well... lets see.
I just turned 50. I've got (4) great kids (even better that 3 of the 4 have moved out now) just have the 15yr. old daughter at home. I've been looking for, involved with and attempted a dozen different bus. ops. over the years, (including real estate). Had several rentals (the conventional way) Won't do that again! (Conventionaly...that is).
But now with Deans program, Oh yeah! I can see it now! Although I'm just getting started (like alot of people), I'm ready for this!
I've been operating heavy equipment all my life (Ok money, I like pushin dirt), but I've been ready to be financialy free forever! This time I DOING IT! Thanks for listening (or reading as the case may be). See you at the top (as they say).

I really like working in my yard. On my truck (60 chevy p/u). And on my jeep (95 Wrangler).

I had joined back in Dec.09 and due to circumstances wasn't able to continue my membership. I'm looking to start again by purchasing the program and would like to get the "Empowering Conversations" along with the community site & the AFF. Do I just order the book "Profit from real Estate right now" and that will get me everything, or what? I already have the "Be a real estate millionaire" And by-the-by, is this all do-able without the coaching programs, at least until I make the $ to afford it?
