I have found my way to a serious cash Crunch problem.I was making offers on REOs,and could deal with the banks when they needed a $1000./Earnest Money check deposited with the Listing Realtor.Most if not all banks want this Cashiers check deposited with them within 24-48 hrs.Getting this money as of late is now a problem for me,and I find myself not making offers now,cuz I cant come up with that $1000.
Can you think of any options or legal ways I can either delay this process so I can get it from my buyer as soon as I get a Buyer for the property to pay for it?
Any suggestion could be of help.Thanks
