Just Do It!! Thats what my girlfriend Kay and I were told when we first started out in the summer of 2009. Fear was holding us back but we found out that if you get out there and do it, the fear vanishes. Educating yourself is a must but there is nothing like on the job experience. Thanks to Dean our lives have changed. Education is nothing if you don't put it to good use. We are currently assigning contracts in South Jersey and Philly and will soon be rehabbing projects of our own. We are currenly building an extensive buyer's list.

Nice to see someone else from NJ in this program...I am looking forward to doing some deals, possibly a "subject to" deal...I am just starting out with a new outlook on investing. Conventional deals are all I have ever done. Just finished Dean's new book and I am inspired to do something. Are you interested in doing any real estate deals down my way?
