I'm an unemployed, college student majoring in Creative Writing for Entertainment program. While I have other passions, one of my greatest is real estate investing. Ever since I graduated high school in 1994, I've always wanted a full time career as a real estate professional. I earned a real estate license in 2006; although, I stopped practicing in 2008 because I'd rather focus my energy on the 'investing' aspect of real estate.
I've seen an abundance of infomercials offering real estate education, but Dean is the only one that really buys into my attention. I respect him a great deal and I think his community of friends, students, and colleagues are a fabulous group of people to network with. That is why I decided to join the Dean community. I want to earn what I'm worth, so real estate investing is a great option for me; not only do I love the idea of financially securing my future, but I also love the idea that I can have the means to help animal shelters, cancer societies, adoption centers, etc. by volunteering and donating to them.
When it comes to my work ethic, I have no problem working hard, suggesting new ideas, and applying them. I'm willing to do whatever it takes within ethical boundaries.
Words can't express how hungry I am to make real estate investing a career for myself. I'm learning how to be a real estate wholesaler until I generate enough income to purchase my own real estate to rehab and flip while performing other creative real estate strategies.
If you have any advice to give me, please feel free to do so. I look forward to networking with you in Dean's community.
Respectively,
Jerry
