I love houses, all the different styles and designs. Once while driving to King of Prussia, which is only 25 miles from my home in Phila, I ended up in Maryland (120 miles) because I got distracted looking at all the beautiful homes. Thankfully my car gets great gas mileage.
While raising my daughter, I got my first apartment in place where 99% of the tenants were single Mom's. We all dreamed of buying our first home, but back then it was way out of our reach. We would jokingly call it "getting out of the box". Eventually we all moved out and, in one way or another we all became homeowners. Now our children are all grown up and I would like to make that dream a reality for as many single Moms out there as I can. I would love to be in the position to flip a house and then donate it to a needy single-parent family just like that popular TV show.
