The board is loaded with tons of information to start your real estate career. I did all my deals by simply reading Deans books, reading on this board and asking many questions of long time members. To date I have 21 cash deals I have closed on in 2 years time. I used absolutely no money getting these on contract. You can do it too. Welcome and glad to meet you!

In Jeremiah the Lord speaks of prosperity for all of us; not only in material things but spiritual which is the most important. I hold fast to this promise. Well, now this is my first time posting or actually being part of this blog. I have done many things in the past without much success, and I need to succeed for my family. I am planning to turn to real state. I am broke right now and need some advice from Dean or anyone. I need to put my foot on the door to start. The economy left me with not credit and no money. what can I do. I will really appreciate common sense comments. Thanks
