Hi DG World,

My first venture here & kinda shakey on all this new info but DEFINATLY want to take advantage of it!

Been trying to speak w/ Realtors & while they say "yeah I'm in", I've yet to find any that follow through. Will be taking my first trip 2morrow to the clerks office so I can start getting some sort of a buyers list for prospecting.
I heard there may some people close in my area ( YONKERS, NY) that I may be able to either team up w/ or just get some helpful hints.Wholesaleing is my starting point but I'm up for anything!!
I'm counting on this to work & counting on the fact that my REI Family
