Trying to take the 1st leap
I found this adorable house around the corner from me during my morning walks. They were having an open house.I asked the realtor how anxious they were to sell and she said very,as it had been on the market over a year. Its an estate sale and they were anxious to let it go. I would like to do an assignment but Im nervous about the proceedure. This would be my 1st and I would need an investor. The realtor said she had a number of people asking to rent it. They are asking 154000. It is by the shore and close to many marina,s also not far from Atlantic city,NJ Please help. Im losing sleep over it.
