I'm in Active Duty SSG in the Army (As the Retirement NCO), and a single mother, as I have a 3 yr. old daughter named Lyric. I've been burned many times before, but I've been listening to DG for almost 2 yrs now (purchased his book, "Be a Real Estate Millionaire", 1.5 yrs ago, but I haven't made a move yet. Today is the first time I've logged onto this site or dialed in (2009JUL21). I believe in DG, so we'll see what happens
