Does anyone know a good but reasonable lawyer in Maryland that can help you with making sure your contracts are legal when doing wholesaling and assignments?
If you aren’t able to get a referral from a friend or an acquaintance, my suggestion would be to do a google search or even look in the phone book, then call and schedule a consultation.
Most attorneys will have a free consultation that you will be able to go and meet them in person, and get a feel for them. I would suggest meeting with a few attorneys so that you can make a confident and well researched decision.

Consultations are free only if you retain or purchase a contract or something of that nature. I just called my local real estate attorney's. I also got a referral from my title company, but have not needed to use him as of yet.
