Hey Lisa, I haven't heard back from you. An Investor I network with, Charlie Melvin, who is in East Phoenix in a Partnership, is sending me details on a Multi Family property they just picked up. Now they go and buy at the auctions, maybe 4 or 5 properties at a time. This one they have decided to float prior to rehab. I do not yet have the details but thought I'd give you a heads up. I came onto the DG site to check from messages, didn't hear from you so thought I'd send this off. Different then the last property that we had a PA on, I'd just be between you and Charlie if you are interested accordingly. Read my last message, where I left you my e-mail and phone number.
