I am just getting started and have approximately 15 qualified buyers. I am using a paper system to get started and have them alphabetized so when I get a follow up call from a buyer, I can go right to their profile. (I spend a lot of time on the road, so having it on paper is necessary for the time being.) However this creates a challenge when I find a potential property and have to flip through each profile to see who I should send the information to. As quickly as my list is growing, I see this as working hard, not smart. I am proficient on excel, but lack the hardware to support it on the road.
Any suggestions would be very helpful.
