Hard money funding or Partnership.
I just put a bid in on a 4000 square foot home near a popular ski resort in Utah. The current market value of the home is about $440000. My bid was 127500 and will likely be the winning bid. The home is in good condition with rehab work of 20000. Total investment 147500. I have not used hard money lenders and want additional information and possibly contacts. This is my first deal using Dean's System. Any ideas. Need fast cash to close within 3 weeks.
