Dear Dean and Crew, I was very intreaged by your message . I was surprized at how easy it was to look up all these fact! Well here goes I live in Westfield Ma.,nextdoor toSpringfield,know as the city of homes; so if you dont mind Im giving you extra info. 1.)the unemployment was 6mths.ago was at 6.6%it now is at7.3%. 2.)the market rate for a newly built 3bd. IS ROUGHLY an average of 200,000.00Buton a forecloser from the bank or HUD.,is the average of 75,000.00 3.) Rent in Westfield is an average of 850.00to 1000.00 it a college town so better the neighborhood the higher the rent!But in Springfield its a steady average of 750.00 a month. 4.)Newly built homes are on the market an average of 6mths to a year. Forclosed are moveing a little faster.We have alot of Ukrains here and they are smart and thrifty people.But, I have the advantage of being born and raised in The Pioneer Valley.I also was raised in a family business.And went on to continue in retail. 5.)The tax on the newly built house is an average of 30,000.00 and is roughly 3,000.00 A year. ,A forclosed home would be far less roughly 850.
