Thank you for contacting me in such a timely manner. I am located in beautiful, sunny Vista California. I am a representative of Nettie's House, which is a Non-For-Profit transitional home for batter/homeless/drug abuse women with/children as well as women that are experiencing financial hardship. Please go to our website to find out more about our organization www.nettiehouse.com we have implemented a program to teach the women how to purchase property that is in foreclosure, then resale the property in order to make a profit. We are looking for property that we can be in and out of within three (3) months or less, this will teach them valuable skills that they can use now and in the future so that they can become self sufficient and a valuable contributor to our community. I have a copy of "Profit from Real Estate Right Now." The girls and I love it! This book has become apart of our weekly meetings. What we have start doing is, reading a portion from it at the beginning of the meeting, then discussing it in greater detail, currently we only have the one hard copy which we share collectively. It has become very difficult to have our weekly meetings with only one book, I strongly believe, if each person could have there own hard copy they would get so much more out of it and be able to do additional reading on there own . What we are currently in need of, are more hard copies of the book, if there is anyway you can donate six (6) additional books to our cause, it would be greatly appreciated.
