I am new to real estate investing, and I am entering into real estate at the very basic level.
I am a hard worker and dedicated to every task I undertake. I am a "go-getter" and prefer to be proactive rather than re-active. I am assertive, but very congenial and helpful. I am also loyal to those for whom I work.
I am married, have two grown children and live in Silver Spring, Montgomery County, Maryland. I work as an IT hospital analyst for a major healthcare organization, but eventually want to earn my living as a real estate investor.
I an currently putting together my list of buyers and working on building my buyers list for those that are looking for property in central Maryland.
