hello everyone ;just received deans books testerday,just on page 59; an 53 yrs of age; have bought every re course from hal morris in1985, to dave del dotto in the 90's to carlton sheets in 2002; i say this because had i started in 1985 when i had hal morris course ;iwas in dallas, tx at the time, so i made an offer on a property a3br 3 ba , and the lady that owned it had 2 other props that were not as good and all she asked is that i meet her in church one sunday she would have sold me all three properties with vehicles and i didn't show up for church biggest mistake of my life. was not dedicated or by now id be very rich.worked 15 years for ford motor company b4 the bottom fell out in2007.moved to western tennessee in2007; wnt to work for pepsi cola last year just laid offf 2 weeks ago with 300 dollars left in my bank account;i feel this my last chance to make good for my family; so im not going to fail again!!just wanted to put that out there im scared but noy paralized this time it makes want to fight back .going to need help learned alot just wathching the last hour thanks hero sully will read material first

just received my books last friday; finishrd profit from real estate now, almost finished with become a real estate millionaire.trying to read things in the order that i received them so as to make sense;will readstudent secrets after;also, just purchased its express program yesterday.my first assignments are waiting online was very motivated yesterday; been up reading all night, feel bombarded with all this stuff right now( forgive me. just had to vent) if there any students in or around memphis,tn pls give a call at (731)419-2334

hello all; just thought i'd chime in here. just finished deans 2 books this past weekend and man; brain overload comes to mind (lol). also read the bonus report; so that try my best to read the materials as i get them so as not to further confuse myself. as all of this is going on.(by the way; ihavent been in a classroom since 1988 now i know why i haven't)the ets express couse was emailed to me; last thursday was not ready for it thursday i said to myself this stuff is coming at breakneck speed,ups,fed-excalls from pmi,its the whole nine. then just when i thought the mail would stop; today i ge re property pro and re revolution. this is more information than all of the real estate courses that i have purchased combined, and i had them from hal morris in the 1980s dave del dotto 1990s(who) and last but not least the great carelton sheets.well back to the studies have started on the pmi online course this evening; just finished assignment of contracts, moving on to marketing buyers list parts 1 & 2 and then going torest my head. whew feel better now thanks for reading and identifying; also if there is anyone out in dg land who needs a birdogger in western tennessee then i'm your man.i'm off balance and sort of confused, but my backs against the wall now i lost my job 1 month ago today, and i only have money to pay for one more whats that old saying; you're only a paycheck away from being homeless, well i'm here but i'm as determoned as i have ever been in my 53 years on this earth.iam at the gate of my life guarding it and if anything else wants to get in i promise you it will have to go through me !!! melvinb
