I was born and raised in Poughkeepsie, NY; joined the Marine Corps in 1971 3 days after High School. Stayed 8 years active duty, went to Vietnam and participated at the "Southeast Asian School of Warfare" for two tours then settled in San Diego after release at Camp Pendleton, CA. - stayed until Dec 1995 when my mom took ill and moved back to NY. She passed in May of 1996 and I now own the family home.

I'm an electronic tech by trade - worked fixing business machines (still do on occasion); currently, I am a wireless tech (Cell-Site Radio Maintenance) for AT&T. I still work full-time M-F but finally attended Dean's educational seminar Oct 2013 when I decided I was working too hard for someone else. Now my focus is growing my RE Investing Biz and getting my worth! God Bless!!

Getting Older and Feeling Younger

Dean, thanks for the inspiration of the weekly wisdom and all that you do - you excite me, I crave your energy.
Tomorrow is my Birthday, 8/23 and I will be taking the day off to enjoy my family and friends!
My favorite saying, "Yesterday is history, Tomorrow is a mystery, but Today is a Gift!...that's why they call it The Present!!" God Bless Us All
