Im 62 years old and my wife just ordered Deans program, Im going over the materials with a vengeance I have just joined the coaching because I really feel I need the guidance and knowledge these folks have to offer and not try to reinvent the wheel plus I cannot afford to make any mistake.

Hi John, Im really sorry Im not able to assist you in your request for a lender, at least not yet. Nevertheless being that you are from the area lets keep in touch, you never know we may do something together. Im very much informed about doing house inspections and estimating rehab jobs which is something you are going to need for your deals. Im located in Egg Harbor Township. Hope I can be of help.
