Can I Make This A Win Win Deal?
I'm a truck driver. Met a guy that works at one of my deliveries. Told him I was an investor and I buy houses. He and his wife are very motivated to sell their home that they just bought two years ago. Home was built 2011. A 4BR 2.5BA two story. They paid $182.918 for the home, said he would sell for $170.00. He and his wife said they'd be happy to break even and just walk away from the home. Also I live in Columbus, Ga. and the home is in Ladson, Sc. What can I do to make this work if it will work?
