I am contemplating purchasing a 45 unit apartment complex.
The numbers look good to a certain extent. The current landlord is paying for the gas utility. Is this a deductible expense?

I am looking into a 45 unit apartment complex. the complex is fully rented with 26k income per months. with the mortage and expenses it will net out approx. $7000/month. the current owner is paying for the gas which is 33k per year! is this a deductible expense item for an llc?
