I became real estate investor in 1987. That's when I became owner of my first rental property. I moved my mother into the home. But I did not really understand how real estate really work other than renting. In 2002 begin working with the Bank using their money to buy and rehab properties until 2007. Than that change, now I'm trying to learn how to used created financing to buy and sell properties that's where I'm at now.

How to puchase REO and Sale it with no money or rehab it and put it back on the market for sale. Please help!
