I can not believe no one has answered you about this question. ITS can be a little confusing for some of us. Just a minute I will tell you how to download the workbooks..........hello I am back. After you log into ITS and pick the training that you want you can go to the upper right hand corner and click on the attachments. That is were you will find your work books. It isn't that hard, but for an old guy like me it was a little confusing. If you still have trouble, ask someone under 20. My grand kids were awesome, the oldest being 8. LOL!
