Always remember that first time experiences in life often create tension, apprehension, fear, nervousness and what have you. But once you overcome those negative emotional forces within, and step out of your comfort-zone with confidence, by God's help you CAN achieve anything that you set your mind to accomplish. For I believe that there is no failure in attempting something BIG in life, but in refusing to try is already a FAILURE all by itself! So, you're NOT fooling yourself at all.
Getting into real estate investment does not necessarily need too much of cash or good credit score(although they give a better leverage for beginners). But having the KNOW-HOWs of the game will make you successful and rich. So, I believe that DG's program, books, resources on this website, and interaction with other savvy investors for mentorship will enhance your knowledge as well.
