OfflineHello! I'm 26 years old, married, and do not have any children yet. My wife and I both work in healthcare. She is a Nurse and I work in Radiology (CT scan and xray). About 7 months ago we decided to travel for our occupations and moved to Colorado for the Winter. To make this happen we had to rent our home. We currently have it rented and hope to continue traveling. I moved back to Wisconsin and am currently working part-time while applying for jobs elswhere. Having a few days off here and there has allowed the time for me to spark an interest in Real Estate.
I bought Deans book just last week and am reading the last chapter. I feel very excited(and scared)about the future and Investing but cant wait to try my first deal. I'm just not sure how to take the first step!!! I look forward to meeting and chatting with everyone.
