New to Real Estate, enjoying everything about the D.G. family and this web site. Very interested in getting involved in the Probate arena. Currently in Ventura County, hoping to find others in the D.G. family who put together deals in Oxnard, Ventura, and surrounding areas. As a newbie, I would appreciate any suggestions or guidance along the way. Have background in accounting field, hoping that will be a plus in my new venture.

Thanks for taking the time to make me feel so welcome! I absolutely LOVE this site, but at times, I feel overwhelmed by how much I need to learn. Am excited to get that first deal...will let you know when that happens.

It won't be long till you know exactly what is being talked about.
Read Deans books as many times as it takes to come to an understanding. You can do it!
